As a loyal customer for over 25 years, my last encounter with your service advisor, Mr. McQueen, was unsatisfactory. His overall attitude was arrogant and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs. Worst dealership service department experience regardless of the brand. Ultra sloppy intake process. Vague and botched updates on the repair process. Complete lack of urgency to complete the repair and they do not provide a due date either when taking the vehicle in - over 12 weeks in and the repair was still not completed. Service department manager Eric Trueblood shows a complete lack of professionalism, no call or email return. Incompetence, and a disgrace to the Mercedes-Benz and Lithia brand. No proper Estimate and Invoicing procedures, just vague emails and random charges without providing a receipt. More

I have been a Mercedes-Benz; client for over 30 years and the staff at this dealership consistently provides the best experience I've had as an owner. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Dealership for a service appointment on my Mercedes-Benz GLE 350, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a friendly reception staff who made me feel welcome. They were efficient and took the time to understand my needs, ensuring I felt heard and valued as a customer. The atmosphere of the dealership was immaculate, with a modern design and a clean, inviting environment that reflected the luxury of the brand. Once my vehicle was checked in, I was introduced to my service advisor, who was incredibly knowledgeable. They walked me through the service process and explained what work needed to be done on my car, as well as any additional recommendations, all while ensuring I felt completely informed without any pressure to add services that weren’t necessary. The waiting area was comfortable and well-appointed, with complimentary refreshments and free Wi-Fi, allowing me to catch up on some work while I waited. The dealership even offered a loaner car to go run errands while my car was being serviced. It was refreshing to see such flexibility and customer-oriented options. In addition to the service quality, I was impressed by the transparency of pricing and timing. My car was ready exactly when promised, and the final bill came with a detailed breakdown of the work performed, which gave me confidence in the value of the service. When I picked up my car, it felt like a brand new vehicle. The staff went the extra mile by cleaning the exterior and interior, which was a fantastic surprise. Before I left, service Advisor took the time to ensure I understood the service that had been completed and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. Overall, my experience at Mercedes Benz of Portland was outstanding. From the top-notch service and attention to detail, to the warm and professional staff, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. It is clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for them.
