My husband and I went into Infiniti of Palm Springs to possibly purchase a Q50 about a month ago. Max Hager was very informative, professional and he didn’t put pressure on us to buy. Since we don’t buy anything fast, we came back a month later and once again Max was very patient and courteous. So much so that my husband and I have owned 3 Maxima’s, and 1 Infiniti in the past as we tend to keep our vehicles a very long time. However, after purchasing our new QX50 from Max last week, we are considering possibly trading in about 3 to 4 years with Max. We trust him to have our backs. He is very honest. Today at Schumacher Infiniti, I had the paint and leather interior sealed on my 2017 Infiniti QX30. Kevin greeted me at the service entrance with a huge smile and a handshake, which was a great way to start interior sealed on my 2017 Infiniti QX30. Kevin greeted me at the service entrance with a huge smile and a handshake, which was a great way to start my day. Soon afterwards, Maurice met me prior to having my car serviced. A few hours later he brought my car back out to the service entrance. My car literally looks brand new as he was extremely thorough resealing the paint on my car's exterior and retreating the leather on the inside. The service I received today is just one of the many reasons I look forward to purchasing my next car at Schumacher! More
