I bought my car on July 2022. I bought and paid more for the car because it was a “Gold Certified” vehicle which extended the warranty significantly. And, that pealed to me. I did I bought and paid more for the car because it was a “Gold Certified” vehicle which extended the warranty significantly. And, that pealed to me. I didn’t mind paying a higher price for the “Gold Certified” warranty. Two years passed and I needed service and found out the car was not a certified car because I bought it from a different Leif Johnson lot. In transferring vehicle from one shop to the other does not transfer the certification. This was never disclosed to me. I certainly would have bought another car. Leif Johnson will not correct their mistake. I’m truly disappointed and warn you NOT TO BUY from them, they will lie to make the sale. It’s very illegal to do. And, do NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!! More

I was very disappointed in the attention to detail in closing the deal. He failed to have the paperwork prepared in advance when I with the sales manager the night before went to the dealership. Appar closing the deal. He failed to have the paperwork prepared in advance when I with the sales manager the night before went to the dealership. Apparently this manager failed in communicate what we discussed the Monday night. I don’t understand why the manager failed and that wasn’t Maurice’s fault . I blame the sales manager for his failure to follow up with Maurice. This failure cause my wife and I to waste four hours! Maurice’s knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional, however he failed to have the necessary paper work available when we arrived, plus in addition the vehicle only had one key instead of two keys! We basically started all over with the negotiations, with no information on what was covered on the phone call the night before! We reached an agreement with the trading value but this information failed to be documented and thus I went to accept a lower value then what was discussed. And caused a waste my time! More
