At first, the experience was good. Matthew Sethi was the salesperson who assisted me with the car, and he seemed really friendly at the start. However, everything changed when I notice Matthew Sethi was the salesperson who assisted me with the car, and he seemed really friendly at the start. However, everything changed when I noticed a dent on the passenger door of a 2022 4Runner I was buying which he not disclose. He was rushing me to sign the paperwork and added accessories worth $1880 I did not ask for. He said the accessories was for floor mats, a key replacement plan, nitrogen in the tires, and window tint. He hurried me through the signing process and only handed me the details of what I had agreed to afterward. This kind of business practice is really disappointing, and I definitely won’t be returning or recommending this dealership to anyone. More

Matthew Sethi (car salesman) is a typical Car salesman. You know… the ones that will lie to you just to make a buck off you. First he told me I couldn’t pay with a cashiers check bc my bank was in another You know… the ones that will lie to you just to make a buck off you. First he told me I couldn’t pay with a cashiers check bc my bank was in another county even tho that same bank was 5 minutes down the road of their dealership and I got the cashiers check from that bank. Not mine back home. Second, he told me that if I financed I could pay it off within 2 days and the interest I would incur would be “The price of a Big Mac” and there would be no payoff charges whatsoever. He convinced me… that’s my own fault for believing a car salesman. Bc 2 days after I bought my vehicle from him I received my financing statements and when I clicked on “payoff vehicle” guess what??!! They charged me $400 extra dollars!! Now I don’t know where this man is buying a Big Mac for $400 but holy xxxx. He got me good. I mean he got me REAL good. Mostly my fault for being a sucker and believing something a car salesman says, but needless to say, they might have good prices on their vehicles but don’t trust a flippin word any of them say. Especially Matthew Sethi. More

I was lied to twice once by the salesman and once by his manager regarding the fees that I need to pay. Then I went to finance even though I was paying cash the finance gentleman told me that the extended w manager regarding the fees that I need to pay. Then I went to finance even though I was paying cash the finance gentleman told me that the extended warranty was not a third-party warranty that it was owned by Toyota,after I purchased it the next day I did research, and it was a third-party warranty, not owned by Toyota. I feel like I was lied multiple times to, and would not trust them again. More
