This dealer sold me a 2025, $50k+ vehicle. At delivery time the rear hatch wouldn't open, but we were told to ignore it because 'it was probably just a low battery, the car had been sitting to At delivery time the rear hatch wouldn't open, but we were told to ignore it because 'it was probably just a low battery, the car had been sitting too long'. The car turned out to have 6 individual failures, all seemingly related to the electrical system. Three trips to the dealership later and 'they reset the system' (not sure if Honda calls theirs 'Accessory Control Module, but it's that). After 6 weeks of ownership the power steering shut off 6 times in one ten-minute drive. I called the dealer with yet another problem, and they first *told me to drive the car to them*. I was told to drive the car with power steering failing. I told them that even suggesting that opens them to liability, and they recanted and said to have it towed in. Now the fun part: This would be the fourth trip to the dealership in 6 weeks, and they refused to give me a loaner vehicle. I'm beyond busy, have multiple kids, etc: I'm just supposed to not have a car while they 'look into it'. Unacceptable. I've purchased two new Honda's from them, but I'll never set foot on their lot again. This is what happens when nepo babies take over businesses: Matthew S. has built NOTHING in his life, but his family ran the business so he gets to! I called and asked to speak to the GM and the exact words from the front desk were, "He doesn't accept calls from customers; you can leave him a message and he may call you back". Aka someone who knows literally nothing about actually serving customers, he only knows how to run a family business into the ground. More

My daughter and I worked with Bruce for her first car buying experience. He was professional, polite, not pushy, and was very knowledgeable. I believe we went back 2-3 times to test drive as we were on our hunt for cars. He was patient. When we finally landed our decision on the car at Honda Cars of Bellevue the whole sales process was seamless. All questions were addressed, and the buying was quick and painless. All the staff we encountered and interacted with were very polite. At the end of the sale Bruce handed the car book over to my daughter and off we went. Been a great car since! More

If you are looking for a vehicle and want someone you can trust to always do the right thing, go no further. After buying a vehicle six weeks ago that turned out to have issues that could not have been found trust to always do the right thing, go no further. After buying a vehicle six weeks ago that turned out to have issues that could not have been found as there were no visible symptoms, Brian and Matthew worked hard to make sure I was made whole, that the right thing was done. They offered to either do the very expensive repair or help me into another vehicle, and I chose the latter. Their willingness to do right by me above all else really, really spoke volumes about the kind of people they are and the dealership this is. My salesman, Guy Southwick, was also very helpful through this process, making sure I was aware of steps along the way and keeping me informed, plus helping me make the right decision on a replacement vehicle with his concern only focused on what was best for me. Tari Brewer in Finance...thanks to this process I worked through finance twice with her in less than two months, and I don't think I have ever had an easier, more efficient finance process in any dealership, ever. If you want honesty, trust and caring, Honda Cars of Bellevue will not let you down. More

Bought a ford truck, good deal, good salesman, good finance, terrible follow up. While my wife was driving home, a tire blew. Took it for new tires, keep in mind I bought a three yr old truck with 2 finance, terrible follow up. While my wife was driving home, a tire blew. Took it for new tires, keep in mind I bought a three yr old truck with 27000 miles, tire installer, national company, said the tires had two nails that had been there for a while, and we’re starting to dry rot. Matthew at the dealership called me a liar and basically told me to puns sand. The tires were inspected and they were fine, which is exactly what I’d say if a dealership I owned sent a car down the road with sub standard tires. I would be very Leary of this dealership, there inspection process is substandard and they would rather make a buck than safeguard their customers. Do your due diligence and look over your vehicle closely. More

Purchase of new 2018 Odyssey EX-L I purchased a new 2018 Odyssey EX-L on July 9, 2018 from David Quach. This was an internet purchase. I live in the Des Moines area about two hours fro I purchased a new 2018 Odyssey EX-L on July 9, 2018 from David Quach. This was an internet purchase. I live in the Des Moines area about two hours from this dealership. I obtained quotes from dealers in 5 states and David gave me the best quote and made it worth it to travel two hours to purchase the vehicle. I had never seen or driven the vehicle until arriving at the dealership to purchase it after interacting with David through phone calls and emails. All my interactions with him were positive. After we arrived at the dealership we test drove the Odyssey and David explained and showed us all the features of the vehicle. We were pleased with all the time he took to ensure we knew how to use all the features. He also told us he would send us videos of the features in case we forgot how to do something. True to his word we have received those videos. The vehicle was clean inside and out (as it should be). The paperwork was ready to go. Tari Brewer helped us with the paperwork and walked us through it. She offered different options and explained them well. We didn't buy any of the options but based on her explanations we are still thinking about them. This was a great buying experience. I would definitely buy from David again and I have already shared my buying experience with family and friends and have recommended him to them. Price was our driving factor. I recommend getting as many quotes as you can. If you contact David I hope you have the same great experience that we did.
