I brought my vehicle in to the Nissan dealer to get an oil change. The brakes are squeaking, and there was noises coming from the engine Matt one of the service guys at Nissan gave me a quote for the work oil change. The brakes are squeaking, and there was noises coming from the engine Matt one of the service guys at Nissan gave me a quote for the work that needed to be done to fix everything I paid $1500 Plus came to pick my vehicle the oil change was done. The brakes were still squeaking, and the engine was still making the noise before I pulled off. I asked Matt to come and check the vehicle because on top of the work that had not been done. The car fob did not work in the driver side door would not open. Matt look at the paperwork to see what was actually done to the vehicle and told me that he didn’t realize that there were two motor mounts instead of one. I told him that there is no way that the work was completed and you did not hear the sound that was still omitting from the engine so now he gives me a quote of over 800 bucks to fix the problem that existed before I paid 1500. I went to speak to Nathan Finley over at the Mercury dealer. He gave me a number to speak to the service manager unfortunately that guy did not work there anymore. I feel taking advantage of. I am a disabled veteran on a limited budget and I totally feel taking advantage of at this point. My car is still making the sound brakes and engine. More
