Being completely honest. .. my experience was not great from the start. I showed up and asked to see any used vehicle under a certain price range. I was shown 1. When I loo .. my experience was not great from the start. I showed up and asked to see any used vehicle under a certain price range. I was shown 1. When I looked on their site and asked about another, I was told that is a standard (stick shift). Guess what? I bought the standard!! However, when the finance department called me to discuss monthly payment, he told me one price and the salesperson told me a completely different amount when I arrived. While I sat there, the salesperson listened to the phone call to determine I was IN FACT telling the truth. I got the price we discussed but this should not have happened. Then, the 2nd key fob I was given did not work and it took the dealership over a month, a visit with a manager, and 3 different visits to get this issue addressed. My salesperson never returned a single phone call after the initial sale. The pay off check for my trade-in was not even cut until nearly 10 days after I purchased my new vehicle. When I called to inquire about this, I left many voicemails and finally received a call back the next day. All in all, this was a very stressful and drawn out process. I still do not have my plate and it has been over 45 days since the day of sale. More
