Went to the dealership and Matt tried to fix the software but couldn’t told me he would call me, waited and waited. So I called him. No answer. Went in person and I was told that he doesn’t work there anymor but couldn’t told me he would call me, waited and waited. So I called him. No answer. Went in person and I was told that he doesn’t work there anymore. Now I’m stuck until Monday to see what they can do for me. More

Found a dead mouse in the engine after we bought the car. I was reading reviews and it said they keep their cars in a place that floods.
