Daniel Zaccheo, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. They listened to our needs, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured. The financing team also worked hard to get us the best deal possible, clearly explaining every detail. What stood out the most was their transparency and honesty. There were no hidden fees, and everything was communicated upfront. They also delivered our new car to our residence. More

Face it, no one really likes car shopping and all it entails. Had a great experience at Schumacher Volvo the other day. Torrey Jones and his team all worked together to get me the car and the payments entails. Had a great experience at Schumacher Volvo the other day. Torrey Jones and his team all worked together to get me the car and the payments I wanted. Thanks guys. Update. 4 days after buying my (new for me) car with 17K miles, I encountered service messages. I was a bit annoyed when it called for a regular maintenance, and then on top of that, another message that there was a problem with the 12V battery. It was supposed to be a certified used 2022 Volvo, yet after only a few days this happens? Oil change done as well as charged TCAM and reset. At no charge, but now I have no service left and still worry about my battery. Especially since service person said they can't guarantee it won't happen again next month or next year. Today I leased a new Volvo XC60 from Schumacher Volvo. I had the pleasure of meeting Karl Ahlers my salesman and he was great very knowledgeable and a no pressure which I appreciate. Some other dealership I had the pleasure of meeting Karl Ahlers my salesman and he was great very knowledgeable and a no pressure which I appreciate.
