Mr. Mendez, We do apologize that the repair process on your Tesla has taken so long. According to our records we have been working with you on this vehicle since 03/11/2018. From 03/11 – 05/08 we were waiting for approvals from your insurance provider. Once we received the approvals, we were able to immediately make the final parts order, but then we had to wait until 07/23 for all the parts to arrive from Tesla. From 07/23 – 08/07 we made repairs to the vehicle. From 08/07 – 08/15 the vehicle underwent the painting process. On 08/15 we started the re-assembly process. We are still working on finishing up the build and we are still waiting on the final bill to return from your insurance provider. Once the re-assembly process is complete we will need to polish the vehicle and get it ready for final delivery later this week. We realize that this process has taken much longer than you, or we, would have liked; but we never compromise safety or quality of repair to deliver a vehicle on a specific timeline.
