Matthew showed enthusiasm in welcoming us even before we entered into the car showroom. He was polite, patient, and professional in explaining about the particular car we were interested in. During the test drive he was able to show us various driving related info that we may need to be aware of for that particular car. At the end of our visit, he gave us his business card and chatted a bit more before we left the showroom. Just bought my second Honda CRV with 7 years between the For a Hyundai. The new CRVs are much larger now and perfect for me.
