I could not have had a better car buying experience this past week than I did at Piazza Honda of Springfield. I've purchased more than a dozen cars in my lifetime; however, Matt made this the absolute BEST car buying experience ever. (Did I get the best deal financially that I have ever had? Probably not. Considering the current car-buying climate, I guess that is to be expected.) Throughout the entire process, Matt kept me well-informed and treated me with courtesy and respect. He even shared his cell-number and communicated up-to-date info with me through text. This young man is a gem, and a real asset to the Piazza organization here. In addition to Matt, I'd also like to commend Damian Capacchione, Business Manager, whose skill and expertise in navigating the paperwork end of the car purchase process made that aspect of this experience great. He carefully reviewed and explained every document I was signing, and took his time with me as we handled the various financial aspects of my transaction. Both he and Matt are truly STARS in this dealership! Finally, Sales Managers Andy George and Jay Mazzola (who actually took the time to come out, thank me for my business, and share his business card with me in the event that I would need his help in the future) are also top-notch in their roles at Piazza. I can honestly report that every member of the sales team that I had the pleasure of meeting was a class act. They don't come any better. More
