After 55 cars and 45 years of marriage, we got our first Honda. We closed after 4 years ownership of our previous car, and two days before our wedding anniversary. Referred to Andy by a co-worker, it was a great experience. Super easy to work with in person, by phone, text and e-mail. Andy and Shawn were true 'car guys'. Very through walk thru of the '23 Pilot features with lots of tips to get us started in the Honda way. The Pilot is on a 4 year path to our daughter and son-in-law, who are on Honda number 4. The old slogan says it best: "We make it simple". More

Plastic protective film behind door handles was marred/jewelry too much. I brought it to Matthews attn at day of pickup and at the same time I'd said 'it is what it is', but still felt he should h marred/jewelry too much. I brought it to Matthews attn at day of pickup and at the same time I'd said 'it is what it is', but still felt he should have spook up and had it replaced. Those installing this should be more attentive to it once its' on and they continue to wear jewelry that will mar the plastic to the point it's so obvious. Also would've been nice to know there was a price increase on CRV (verbal) before we saw it on final pricing. Jackson in finance took way too long in getting to his presentation of pricing (extended warranty). We had no idea where he was leading us and could've had a different approach in being upfront from the get-go why we were in that office, and we could've saved a lot of his time and ours.
