We've been taking our cars to Bachrodt for many, many years and no matter what the problem we come in with, we always leave knowing that it's been correctly diagnosed and repaired. Matt has been our serv years and no matter what the problem we come in with, we always leave knowing that it's been correctly diagnosed and repaired. Matt has been our service writer the last few years and he does an excellent job of keeping us informed regarding timing and price when we need a repair. All around, an easy experience! More

I would give zero stars if I could. I keep getting emails asking for a review of my visit on 11/26/24, but the funny thing is that I was not even in the dealership that day. I have had I keep getting emails asking for a review of my visit on 11/26/24, but the funny thing is that I was not even in the dealership that day. I have had my car in for service two times in the last year or so, and every time I am there they tell me my parts are on back order. I take my car back home and NOBODY EVER FOLLOWS UP. When I call my service person to get an update on these parts, I NEVER GET A PHONE CALL BACK. The way they do business in their service department is disgusting. I am pretty sure they are blowing me off so that my warranty expires. I would never ever ever buy another car from Lou Bachrodt nor refer my worst enemy to go there. More

My car was brought into this service center in 2022 Matthew Gonsalves was my service advisor During the first 2 days of my car being in the service center I get a notification that my capital one Matthew Gonsalves was my service advisor During the first 2 days of my car being in the service center I get a notification that my capital one card had an attempted charge for $1100 from Walmart.com ,upon realizing I didn’t have it I called the sales part of the dealership to ask if my card was in the my car and it was confirmed that the same card was In the car Matthew was working with. I played stupid and went to the dealership to discuss my vehicle moving forward Mathew told me he did a pressure test and the temperature dropped , I asked specifics because it was allegedly a pressure test not a temp test (there’s integrated sensors for that) Matthew got frustrated and said “ I’m not gonna keep arguing , you can take it somewhere else since you know so much about the car” (This was 60 seconds into the conversation recorded) Audio recorded I left the dealership and 15 minutes later get a call from the dealership that the car is ready when I got to the dealership there was a presence of five police cars because Matthew lied to law enforcement officers which is a crime in any state Despite the public embarrassment I paid the bill and my car broke down before getting to the next traffic light from the dealership I had the car towed to a different shop That shop confirmed dirt around the oil fill neck Meaning Matthew Gonzalvez vandalized my car engine . The damages done by Mathew were over $4500 Not to mention the public embarrassment from police presence predicated on a lie Eddie and Matthew are evil disgusting people More

I purchased my 2022 Chevrolet Silverado back in June 2022. Since then, I’ve brought it in due to clicking noises from under the truck while driving and sent it in to get it checked with an oil change. U 2022. Since then, I’ve brought it in due to clicking noises from under the truck while driving and sent it in to get it checked with an oil change. Unfortunately, they said my drive shaft went bad (truck has approx 25,000 miles on it). I was called by Matthew after a few weeks that they got The part. That was on Jan 31. After fixing what they believed was the issue, the truck is still doing the loud clicking noise and one of doors was scratched along the side. I immediately called Matthew and he said to bring it back and they would give me a rental and fix the damages and find out what is wrong with the truck. However, it has been over a month and still no rental or fixing of any damage. You always have to ask for paperwork for proof of anything. Every time I call to check if there is a rental truck available, they state they would get back to me and they never do. It is now March 6 and still nothing. This has been very frustrating and unprofessional to say the least More
