My old vehicle was having transmission issues so I’ve decided to get rid of it. First they lowballed my car but once the general manager Matt was involved he bumped it back to where I needed to be. This was our first encounter with Echo Park. We purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander from Ben. From the moment my husband and I arrived, it was an excellent experience. I had called and spoken wit We purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander from Ben. From the moment my husband and I arrived, it was an excellent experience. I had called and spoken with Ben the day before to insure they still had the car and would save it for us since our commute was 3 hours. He had the car pulled up and ready to inspect and do a test drive minutes after we arrived. Ben was exceedingly pleasant, knowledgeable and not in the least pushy. I had already read about the $699 warranty included with the purchase and knew it was non-negotiable. I also examined ahead of time and shared with Ben we did not want the other warranties offered. He was absolutely fine with that. The condition of the car was amazing. It had 86K miles and looked almost brand new in near perfect condition. Having spent months looking for this model year, trim level and color, I was delighted to find it in such excellent condition. It drove like a dream and still does. Ben pushed to get the paperwork expedited within our time window. I also worked with Matthew Fischer with an after purchase concern. He quickly and patiently responded to my emails and was willing to work within the 30 day company warranty even though the issue was not powertrain related. He clearly wanted to do the right thing and make us happy. A Toyota dealer inspection revealed my concern was a factory setting and did not indicate a safety issue. Matthew handled my several emails with total professional care. I am slow to trust, but based on our experience, I believe Echopark Raleigh/Cary really does put the customer first as they sell quality preowned cars. Thank you Ben and Matthew! We will gladly drive 3 hours to work with you again on future purchases. More
