Took my 2012 in because a mechanic I know changed my motor mount and accidentally let the steering wheel move. This made my stabilizer sensor light stay on. I decided to take it to Chase Chevrolet and r motor mount and accidentally let the steering wheel move. This made my stabilizer sensor light stay on. I decided to take it to Chase Chevrolet and right away they wanted to do and diagnostic. I was charged $220 for a diagnostic. Then I was told that my stabilizer sensor was no good and that I needed to change it. They wanted to charge me $600 to change the sensor! I decided to call my nephew who is a mobile mechanic and he told me that my steering wheel was off and needed to be realigned. Realigning the steering wheel would fix the problem. I went back to Chase Chevrolet and this time I spoke to a manager named Mathew. I told him they misdiagnosed my truck and that I wanted my money back. He told me that it’s the sensor that needs to be changed. Then told me to unplug my battery and leave it unplugged over night and that would fix the problem but if it doesn’t to bring it back to him and he would take a look. Well I left it unplugged for 24 hours and it didn’t make a difference. Well, my nephew who is a mobile mechanic came and looked under the hood and decided to loosen the steering column and noticed that there was a manufacture line that shows you that if it is aligned properly or not and it definitely wasn’t aligned right. He aligned it and drove the truck afterwards and the stabilizer sensor went off! I decided to go back after it was fixed to get my money back for the incorrect diagnostic. Mathew was there and I let him know exactly what happened and he wanted me to show him paperwork that my nephew fixed my truck but I didn’t have any but told him I could get him on the phone and Mathew said no. I paid the $220 with my card but he didn’t want to return it that way and said they would mail me a check. It was real hard for him to accept they made a huge mistake! I will never take my truck back to that Stockton Chevrolet ever! They only care about money instead of truly finding the problem and fixing your vehicle! More

The manger basically laughed in my face when I returned a second time for a problem they never fixed..I explained to him that Jesus an employee did not write down a concern of mine he stated one thing at a second time for a problem they never fixed..I explained to him that Jesus an employee did not write down a concern of mine he stated one thing at a time ..so it was never fixed so now I am stuck with a 2024 with multiple problems and a warranty that expired because they didn't fix it when I brought it to they attention..he said he will not compensate my existing problem because his employee said I need er talk to him or told him but its records of me calling in dispatch for my issues..so Hector decided to join let's embarrass the costumer so they sent me away with a smile from them and a problem for me...because the problem still here its a humming sound coming from the engine radio compartment sounds like the wheels going to come off at 41mph or 51 mph..I kinda figured it out and explained to Matt the supervisor in he said congratulations hes matt he used me as a joke everyone that heard laughed he sent me away twice with the same problem..not professional at all..he also stated ask gmc to pay for it its not they problem if I want another speaker to pay for it but I brought it to Jesus attention before warranty was up called Jesus multiple time regarding this and he agreed to bring it in than act like he never dealt with me..this is unbelievable and not professional on any level..the supervisor Matt was the biggest unprofessional person I have met..Jesus basically never look at me or told them he talked to me..they need retraining and more automotive tech with experience to i identify problems in not give the customer back they cars without figuring out the problem this will be my 5time to a chevy dealer for the same problem..smh shame on chase Chevrolet.. I love Chase Chevrolet, but post covid their quality control has diminished. Recently I brought my 3500 dually in for an oil change/tire rotation. I was advised that I was due for a transmission fluid c control has diminished. Recently I brought my 3500 dually in for an oil change/tire rotation. I was advised that I was due for a transmission fluid change, but that would take an additional 2-3 hours. Nearly six hours later my truck is handed back to me with the TPMS system not working (working prior to arrival though) and told hopefully after driving some it would come back. Nope, a 6 hour drive later and unable to return to Chase, 5 of my 6 sensors came alive. I stopped by my local Les Schwab to replace the bad sensor, or at least I thought. Nope as it turns out the sensor was destroyed when the tech at Chase removed my tires for rotation. On a positive note I reached out to Matt Constant to rectify the situation and he assured me that he would fix the issue and make it right with me. This is why I always come back to Chase Chevrolet, they stand behind their work, however this is the second time something has had to have been made right with a tire rotation on my truck, on the quick lube side, on top of the nearly 6 hour wait.
