Took my car in for a recall and they call me and tell me I have an oil leak and it will be $3800 to fix. I said that is too expensive and that I had no oil leaking prior to bringing my car to the dealership I have an oil leak and it will be $3800 to fix. I said that is too expensive and that I had no oil leaking prior to bringing my car to the dealership. I get the car home and sure enough oil leaking. So I take it to my mechanic who tells me the oil valve was loose and it sprayed oil all over my engine. He cleaned my engine and changed my oil for $65.00 and no leak anywhere. They must have loosened the valve and even if they didn't and in some crazy way it came loose on the drive to the dealership isn't that the first thing a mechanic would check rather than tell me they need to take my engine apart to find the leak! Never ever again will I go to this service center. Scammers or just really bad mechanics you pick! More

Went in for oil change and to buy an extra key, Went in for oil change and to get an addl key from parts dept. Gave me est of $244 plus tax and Addl $80 to cut key but they could not do it there? I was told that if I wanted the key, to tell my service person who was changing oil and they would add to service ticket. After being in waiting room for 45 minutes, I located same blank key online for $90, and Subaru in Sandy Springs could cut key and program for $80. When my car was ready, service rep added key to my ticket and I told him it was too expensive and I did not want. He told me that service dept already purchased it from parts dept and that he couldn't give me my car back until I paid for new key! I told him to call the police and an ambulance and there is no way I would ever buy that key. He ran to service manager who returned and said he would remove the charge! Worst customer service and slow as molasses. More
