Complained of driver's side mirror glasss vibration at freeway speed & Infiniti Roseville claims Infiniti believes this vibration is "normal." Passenger side doesn't vibrate. Side mirrors on previous 4 Infiniti autos didn't vibrate. Unhappy with this answer. Previous dealership in Elk Grove, CA was prepared to replace the mirror under warranty, but unfortunately closed business before it was accomplished. More

I am always pleased with Matthew every time I come in. He makes sure to go out of his way for all his customers which is why I truly believe he gets asked for the most for appointments. However with the s He makes sure to go out of his way for all his customers which is why I truly believe he gets asked for the most for appointments. However with the service department itself I was very upset. I made an appt so I could hopefully be in and out and be able to have time to run other errands before having to pick up my kids. I got a basic oil change. This took 2.5 hours!!!! My car sat in the bay for the first hour before anyone even came to get it. The wait time when I came in was 1.5 hours which already seemed long, so they went way over. I definitely won’t be planning to come back for while if this is how long is expected for a basic service. More
