I am always pleased with Matthew every time I come in. He makes sure to go out of his way for all his customers which is why I truly believe he gets asked for the most for appointments. However with the service department itself I was very upset. I made an appt so I could hopefully be in and out and be able to have time to run other errands before having to pick up my kids. I got a basic oil change. This took 2.5 hours!!!! My car sat in the bay for the first hour before anyone even came to get it. The wait time when I came in was 1.5 hours which already seemed long, so they went way over. I definitely won’t be planning to come back for while if this is how long is expected for a basic service. More

We were very please with our service! However, we were a little disappointed we were not able to utilize the courtesy vehicle. We purchased the extra service package and was told we were able to utilize the courtesy vehicle during services. I was told that since it was an oil change, we were not able to use the courtesy car despite the two hour wait. Other than that, are very pleased with Infiniti Roseville. More
