I visited this dealership to have a tire that was losing air replaced. Despite my concerns, they couldn’t find any issues with the tire. Instead recommending a tire replacement. First red flag: This dealership couldn’t get tires for my Q60 due to them being 20inches. However Orlando Infiniti never had this issue. However. I found tires on Tire Rack that were cheaper than those offered by the dealership, with the added benefit of avoiding the dealership’s upcharges. Had them shipped to them… it’s $25 a tire to have them put on by Infiniti. While Micah, had the mechanic, mounting the tire, he accidentally damaged my rims. Consequently, they had to keep my car longer than expected until it could be sent to an independent rim repair shop. When I finally went to pick up the car, Micah admitted to not completing the necessary paperwork. He sent me a text message, instructing me to come and pick up the car without any paperwork. However, I encountered several issues when retrieving the car. The service department at this dealership seemed inexperienced and disorganized. They couldn’t locate my key in their system or find it for paperwork purposes. It appeared that the service department had no idea where my key was stored or why it wasn’t with the other keys. To make matters worse, the car I picked up had a bigger issue than when I had brought it in. The tire replacement had resulted in damage and deterioration. The service department had failed to address any of the problems and even suggested that I should be grateful they hadn’t charged me the $50 fee for mounting two tires that they had damaged during the process. Overall, I had a terrible experience with this dealership’s service department. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership for any car service. I would be afraid to let them service my car in the future. However I do recommend INFINITI the brand in general and their ORLANDO dealership is amazing however the experience here was much the opposite side of the spectrum. More

Hello, I brought my car in on Saturday, March 8th, for some recalls that it had. They told me that they could address two of the recalls, but that the third one wouldn't be covered under warranty because some recalls that it had. I agreed for them to proceed with the two recalls. However, I was later contacted and informed that the check engine light had turned on. They then explained the cost to fix it, but I declined, as the price was too high. Now, I don't understand why, after picking up my car, the check engine light is still on. I would like to speak with a manager to resolve this issue and have my car returned to the condition it was in before I brought it in – without the check engine light on. I had an 8am appointment, but my car wasn’t serviced until 930am and completed until 10am for an oil change and inspection. I inquired as to why it took so long for my car to be seen and was told it wa until 930am and completed until 10am for an oil change and inspection. I inquired as to why it took so long for my car to be seen and was told it was first come first serve. I pointed out that I had an appointment, and Matthew informed said that didn’t matter. Clearly, there is a misunderstanding of what an”appointment” is at this service center. Otherwise, everything else was handled perfectly and I was satisfied with the result, but won’t likely return due to the “appointment” policy. More
