My sales person, Matteo Mastri, was polite and got back to me promptly to initiate the sale but, when I drove 4 hours from Indiana to get my vehicle, he was very rude. My brand new Traverse had over 300 m to me promptly to initiate the sale but, when I drove 4 hours from Indiana to get my vehicle, he was very rude. My brand new Traverse had over 300 miles on it and a scratch in the paint which led me to believe it had been driven by someone at the dealership. When I pointed it out to Matteo, instead of offering to fix it, he told me I "didn't have to take it" in a very abrupt way, even knowing that I had traveled that far and had financing for the vehicle. He did not make any attempt to fix it until I expressed my frustration and the manager overheard. The manager sent him to their shop to try to buff it out and, when it did not work, he did offer to have it fixed and I could send him the appraisal. But, after looking into it at a local dealer, I will have to get the entire rear panel repainted and my fear is it will not match perfectly. So, I now have a new very expensive vehicle with a scratch in the paint. Matteo did not follow up with me to find out if I was able to get it fixed after I returned home, management did not either. I will not return to C. Wimberley for another vehicle due to the way I was treated and the lack of customer service. More

For the most part my interaction with the staff has been great. i could not ask to be treated any better with the sales staff and the service department other than the service writter. I was able to verify both rear wheels had play, saw the old links off and the new links on. Verified no play on both rear wheels after links were replaced. Mechanic was able to adjust headlights one inch old links off and the new links on. Verified no play on both rear wheels after links were replaced.
