I walked in on a Saturday morning unannounced and was met by Mat who was very kind and patient and answered all my questions. Not knowing what I wanted for sure, I went to several other dealerships. Let me tell you that Matt Watson set the bar extremely high for how a salesman should treat their prospective customers! I ended up going back to Hatchett Hyundai West and buying a Santa Fe and had an absolutely wonderful buying experience, including the finance department with Eric. My title work came back in under three weeks, and everyone I met at that dealership was kind, courteous, and willing to help in anyway they could to make me feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommend this dealership!! More
