There are 5 toyota vehicles In my parents driveway. My family has been a toyota supporter for years. Having said this I will most likely never buy a vehicle from toyota again. The vehicles are amazing and family has been a toyota supporter for years. Having said this I will most likely never buy a vehicle from toyota again. The vehicles are amazing and run forever but this dealership was awful. In 2017 I brought in my highlander to be serviced. During the service they wrecked the passenger side of the vehicle. I did not notice until I had already left. When I brought it back they denied and told me I had to have done it. I demanded video coverage and they found an employee wrecked it. After that they said they would fix it. When they fixed it the whole one side of the vehicle was a different color white and did not have matching stripes. At this point I just wanted a new vehicle .. they convinced me to go with a lease and that they were cutting me an amazing deal. I had never bought a lease but all of the negative equity rolled into it. They have never once treated me well since I have gone in. I am not trying to turn in my lease 6 months early and they are telling me I owe tons of money from my last highlander in equity. It would be one thing if they had been respectful and helped me through this process but no one has gone above and beyond to help me or show me kindness after their huge mistake. I have gone in multiple times the last few months to go over options and really no one is helpful or apathetic. Right now I am just trying to get out of my lease and go to Honda. With my third kid on the way I know I need a mini van and Siennas are amazing. My mother had one and it ran till it had almost 400k miles I just can't get myself to buy a toyota after this experience. Hello Honda! More

Doug is no longer there We have bought several cars at oxmoor we had a bad experience then Doug was hired and tried to get us to come in. He was the most honest sincere man I have met and renewed our faith in oxmoor. I told all friends and family to go there and see him and bought myself a nice truck lol. We were looking for a another car and called and told Doug was no longer employed there! Well then we no longer will have our service done there and sure won’t buy or recommend them to anyone. Sounds like the old oxmoor Toyota that done us wrong is back! More

Very Unethical Very deceitful with their pricing. I received a $500 mail in rebate offer from an auto show. Oxmoor filled out the rebate paperwork for me and advis Very deceitful with their pricing. I received a $500 mail in rebate offer from an auto show. Oxmoor filled out the rebate paperwork for me and advised to have it mailed to the Cincinnati regional office prior to the end of February to receive the rebate. When I never received the rebate, Cincinnati regional office and Oxmoor advised the rebate was taken off of the price at final sale. Oxmoor presented some papers (one that was actually doctored up) showing where a rebate was taken off the final price. Funny thing is, the papers do not have my signature on them. I spoke the the customer relations manager and she provided no help. She even laughed at one point, stating, "Well, they are supposed to make a sale" when I pointed out how deceitful the sales person was...then stepped it back when I called her on it. The GM and GSM refused to meet (obviously they can care less about customer service). In the end, they refused to acknowledge the unethical behavior of their staff. Oxmoor informed me that the crooked sales person has never even been questioned about his dishonesty and falsification of some of the sales documents. More

We keep coming back! Just helped my parents lease a 2016 Toyota Camry last night. Was in and out of the dealership in 2 hours. Drove all the way from Chicago, Oxmoor was worth the trip! We drove from the suburbs of Chicago to Louisville to purchase a new Toyota 4Runner from Oxmoor. The manager on Saturday September 5, 2015 had us spea We drove from the suburbs of Chicago to Louisville to purchase a new Toyota 4Runner from Oxmoor. The manager on Saturday September 5, 2015 had us speak with with the General Manager, Evan Harn. Evan spoke with us over the phone before we made the trip to confirm the vehicle we wanted was in stock and to answer any questions we had. Evan offered to begin the paperwork and get the vehicle ready, so we didn't spend time waiting at the dealership unnecessarily. We arrived at Oxmoor early the following day, an hour before they opened. An Oxmoor Salesperson, Klaus, arrived early for work and invited us inside without even knowing that we had just drove 6 hours to purchase a car. Klaus made us comfortable while we waited for Matt Storm (General Manager) to arrive. Once Klaus realized that we had already began the process to purchase a specific vehicle, he jumped in to help move things along. The car was all ready for us when we arrived (cleaned and full tank of gas) just as Evan promised. Everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly. My husband and I have purchased new vehicles in the past, but this was absolutely the best overall experience! For vehicle financing, Oxmoor helped us secure a loan at a competitive rate. Regardless of your situation, if you need a vehicle, give Oxmoor a chance to help put you in the right car for the right price! The last person we interacted with was Holly. Great sales process, terrible service after sale We purchased a one year old pre-owned vehicle from Oxmoor Toyota (18,000 miles). We live an hour and a half from the dealership so most of our communication was via email and phone before we saw the vehicle. When we made the trip to see it in person we were a little disappointed with the condition not exactly matching what we were told over the phone, however they worked with us and made up for that through price negotiation. Overall, the sales process was efficient and pleasant. We left the dealership very happy with the process and our purchase with a few follow up issues to take care of with the dealership after the sale was complete (missing key, floor-mats, and exterior trim piece). Unfortunately, once we left the dealership it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. It was like pulling teeth to get a response from anyone there to work through the issues. We tried the salesman we worked with, his supervisor and one step above that. After two months they have taken care of the missing key and a very small portion of what was supposed to be a simple fix for the trim piece. The issue is we were told it just needed to be adhered again, but when we took it to our local dealership they said the piece was bent and there had been some kind of impact to the back of the car affecting the bumper as a whole. What should have been a marginal (under $100) fix ended up over $500 and Oxmoor was unwilling to take care of it. We understood it was a used car but when this issue was found within a week of purchase it seemed to us they should have backed the quality of their vehicle more than what they were willing to do. We were also told the missing floor-mats were our responsibility because it wasn't discovered they were missing until after we had purchased the car. Again, if we had purchased a much older or less expensive vehicle those kinds of things would be more understandable but we were disappointed with the post-sale service for a $30,000 purchase. More

Great Buying/Leasing Experience Thanks to Matt Storm (General Sales Manager), Marc Reed (Finance Manager), Jesse Lancaster (Sales), Michael Sheets (Sales), Stephanie Knight (Customer Thanks to Matt Storm (General Sales Manager), Marc Reed (Finance Manager), Jesse Lancaster (Sales), Michael Sheets (Sales), Stephanie Knight (Customer Relations Manager and Steve Coffey (Service Manager). I loved the experience at Oxmoor Toyota so much I drove off with two (2) vehicles Thanksgiving week. My wife got a 2015 Toyota Corolla S Plus and my son got a 2004 Honda Accord LX. I understand that buying or leasing a car can be stressful, but these professionals made my experience better than expected. I have previous experience with Steve Coffey for handling service on my 2010 Toyota Prius and 2004 Pontiac Vibe (Matrix). He has always been honest and straight forward with the facts on those vehicles. I'm looking forward to continuing that relationship with our new Corolla.
