The vehicle was brought in for 40K maintenance, 2 outstanding recalls and 1 software related problem. A loaner was provided and the experience was very pleasant and satisfactory. Everyone was on top of things from the moment I arrived at the service area. Welcome staff, service technician, loaner staff... all welcomed me and provided their best service.
