Efren was amazing. We had a bad experience and very high quote from another Honda dealer and after my husband had worked with him previously, he called Efren and we wen We had a bad experience and very high quote from another Honda dealer and after my husband had worked with him previously, he called Efren and we went in and he got it all done. THe only downside of the whole place was we were told we had to call the manager and despite knowing what we wanted to do (buy our leased vehicle) when the manager finally called back--after multiple messages -- he pushed for us to lease again, which we couldn't afford. It was multiple days waiting to speak with him then a huge waste of time. We should have just gone straight to Efren, who--let me say again--was amazing and we will go back to him again for sure if we ever want another Honda. More
