Worst customer service I've ever received. We dropped our car off on a Monday with Matt in the service department. We explained EVERYTHING that had been going on with our brand new Sequoia, We dropped our car off on a Monday with Matt in the service department. We explained EVERYTHING that had been going on with our brand new Sequoia, including what the dealer in our hometown had told us (we were in town visiting family for the week.) The car had already been recharged with freon and was in need of a dye test, we told Matt this specifically to save him time. 2 days pass by with NO word from Matt after he said he would update us same day; We called multiple times and were never able to reach him until the end of the day. He then told us that they had to recharge the freon and then found it had a leak, even though we had ALREADY told him that. He then explained that the part needed would take 2 days to come in and would be in first thing Friday, then it could be installed same day. This was understandable and acceptable as we had planned to leave Saturday and Matt advised we could get the car back Friday end of business. Friday comes along, after multiple calls to his desk directly, the front desk forwarding our calls, and multiple attempts, we finally had to GO IN to get any kind of update on our car only to find out Matt WASN'T EVEN WORKING. He didn't provide ANY updates to us and then left without updating any of his colleagues to assist us. The part was finally installed Saturday morning after we had to extend our trip, STILL to not hold any freon. We had to drive 12 hours home to NC with no air conditioning with 2 little children in the car. Had Matt actually listened to us when we first arrived, this could've been handled quicker and more efficiently not only for the us the customer, but for the poor tech who had to do repetitive work. I will say that Kareem and Brian were phenomenal and handled our situation gracefully since they had to deal with some very upset customers. Luca the master tech was also very knowledgeable and helpful in getting what could be done, done in a timely manner. Matt was the most dismissive and incompetent service advisor and made this experience disappointing. If he would listen to his customers, he could save his company time and money and actually provide exceptional customer service. More

I've been a service customer for years. Decided it was time for a new truck. I went to Treasure Cast Toyota after getting a price on my computer the night before. After 2 hours, I managed to get Treasure Coast to match the price I got online. When I asked if they could do any better, Jarrett talked to me like I was somehow bothering him. He told me they sold 20 cars that day, and didn't need to sell another. He then told me to "take it or leave it." I left it. Never will I step foot in this dealership again if this is what they think of their customers. The rest of their staff have always been pleasant, but this guy ruins it for all More

This dealership has given me the runaround with the service of my truck, the side panel on the electric seat Controls has broke twice. I told service rep. I would wait a while to have the second one re service of my truck, the side panel on the electric seat Controls has broke twice. I told service rep. I would wait a while to have the second one replaced in case they figured out a fix so we didn’t have to go through this again. Once it finally started falling off my seat I told him about it and then he informed me oh it’s no longer covered under your warranty even though I bought a platinum ten-year 150 thousand mile extended warranty from Toyota.. he told me he would check with his service manager since he remembers me telling him I would wait for the repair to hopefully have a cure for the failing product, but never heard back from him. This was at the same time. He didn’t call me back for a tire pressure sensor. I had a blowout on one of my tires and the tire pressure sensor was not working. scheduled appointment. waited untill he had the part in, went in to have it fixed and he claims the technician broke the valve stem with the air pressure sensor on it and that was the only one they had. Don’t know why he did this but for about 20,000 miles now my tire pressure sensors do not work. He told me he would order another one in and contact me when it came in and that was about four or five months ago, Have not heard from him. When the truck was only about six months old when towing 5 to 6000 pounds and accelerating lightly, I could hear a fluttering in the engine. Told him about it said if you step on the Excelerator hard, not towing it makes the same noise, he said, could not hear the noise. Every time I put the truck in park, the emergency brake would come on automatic. At about six months it quit working, told him about it. He said he fixed it but it still does not work. Driver side sunvisor is sloppy loose like it might fall off in my lap. Asked him to repair and he said he could not. It was not covered under warranty. Even though I have a Toyota platinum 150 thousand miles 10 year extended warranty. I would not trust this dealership for service, and I would not spend a dime on an extended warranty, just my opinion. More
