I had a sales price agreed upon in writing, yet I later discovered discrepancies involving the amount financed on my loan. My understanding was that my loan amount should have been $29,960. I also had concerns about a warranty being added to my loan that I did not agree to. Although that issue has since been resolved, I am still trying to get answers regarding the loan amount and the difference between what was agreed upon and what I was ultimately charged. Buying a car should be an exciting experience, not one that leaves a customer questioning whether the paperwork accurately reflects the agreement. I expected honesty, transparency, and accountability throughout this process. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience. My wife has been customer of VW of New Port Richey since we moved to FL in 2017. She has always been satisfied with the work. Recently, she went it for a n oil change and they said a number of things need we moved to FL in 2017. She has always been satisfied with the work. Recently, she went it for a n oil change and they said a number of things needed work. I was skeptical so I brought the car to friend who has worked on the cars for us previously. He supported everything they said needed work. I did save some money having him do the work however. I have wanted an EV for a while. Wasn’t too sure about the ID.4 but we got a fantastic deal on a 2023 lease and we love it! I strongly recommend VW of New Port Richey. If I had to name everyone we have had positive interactions with there, this review would be even more lengthy. Suffice it to say, EVERYONE was wonderful and treated us very well. More

General Manager and Salesman Josh were amazing. Having issues with my 2021. Thought my concerns were going to fall on deaf ears! Boy is as I WRONG! I was treated with so much respect and kindness.
