I had a sales price agreed upon in writing, yet I later discovered discrepancies involving the amount financed on my loan. My understanding was that my loan amount should have been $29,960. I also had concerns about a warranty being added to my loan that I did not agree to. Although that issue has since been resolved, I am still trying to get answers regarding the loan amount and the difference between what was agreed upon and what I was ultimately charged. Buying a car should be an exciting experience, not one that leaves a customer questioning whether the paperwork accurately reflects the agreement. I expected honesty, transparency, and accountability throughout this process. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience. More
