I have been with Halleen Kia since 2009. One thing that I have taken pride in doing since then is making your sales experience is an easy, honest, and fair one. One thing most of us can agree on is buying a car isn't always fun or easy. And that is what I make sure you get. I love most Cleveland sports teams and take a high interest in them. I stay active in the gym still as well as on the basketball court. Going out to local restaurants and trying new foods or having a good meal and experience somewhere is also something I enjoy. That is why I try and replicate that time and experience with every customer I speak with. smooth transaction - great dealership This past month I purchased a new Kia Forte from Halleen Kia. This dealership is not the first I visited and not the closest to my home. On my first This past month I purchased a new Kia Forte from Halleen Kia. This dealership is not the first I visited and not the closest to my home. On my first visit I was greeted at the front by Matt Rogalski. Matt made the process simply and straightforward. Halleen was not my first choice. Your commercials feature free t shirts and Kurt Kia. The other dealer tells me how the prices are clearly marked and fair. Your dealership had many choices, theirs had few. At that dealership, I never got to test drive a car and saw no prices on the cars. it was very important for them to ask me my personal information and how much a month I was looking to spend. Matt and I were in a car test driving before the engine in my car was cold. Matt asked me if I decided to trade in a car, if I wanted to see any other cars and if I had any other questions including pricing and trade in value. I was back on the road with a brochure and the contact information I needed to make a decision. As any informed buyer I had all the financing, down payment and questions answered by the following Saturday when I stopped in to make the actual purchase. Matt made certain the price I paid was fair and the financing was equal to my credit qualifications. I am happy with the sales transaction, the dealership as well as the presentation of the car itself when I drove home. Mike in Brecksville More

Matt Rogalski Matt was awesome. My third Kia Optima from Halleen. I chose Matt on both of my last 2 purchases. He's honest without any pressure and makes you feel a Matt was awesome. My mom asked for Matt and he came out and helped me right away. I explained what I wanted and what I was looking for and my budget. I ended up with a Kia Optima 2015 which I love! I am soooo happy with my car! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful! I had purchased my 2007 kia spectra at Halleen kia and it was also a great car! I am very pleased! My mom purchased her Kia Sorrento and it's an awesome SUV. I love my Kia! ?? More

The cars have looked great, been trouble free and all in all very enjoyable to drive. Any dealings with the service department and the finance department have been very positive (Eric Halleen handled our latest deal). Our 'go-to' salesperson, Matt Rogalski, is just super to deal with. He's friendly, fun, high-energy and never comes across with the stereotypical 'hard-sell' approach (which frankly would be a big 'negative' to me). He bends over backwards to make the buying experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible and got us exactly the kind of deal we were looking for. Perfect! More

Matt took the time to explain all the bells and whistles in the car, even setting up my phone with the blue tooth before we left.
