I had so much anxiety walking in the dealership, knowing we needed a new car and was dreading how hard it was going to be, To much of my surprise, this staff, the financial, and floor managers were on top of their game, and worked in expedited time to make the best for my husband and I to leave with new cars. Josh, our salesman was very helpful in helping us choose the best model and made us feel important and first. We had to come back a second day to finsh up our paperwork due to my husband working the first day, and when we talked in the door, Josh stopped what he was doing and walked over to us, welcomed us with a firm handshake and smile and made sure we were important and assured us that we were leaving there with new vehicles. Arnaldo was so helpful in guiding us to the correct vehicle trim package and we ended up placing a custom order! The vehicle was delivered much sooner than expect and came in absolute perfect condition. The final financing portion of the deal with Matt was a pleasurable experience and he was so helpful with the extra options we wanted to purchase. Great job to both gentlemen! More
