I have been with Halleen Kia since 2009. One thing that I have taken pride in doing since then is making your sales experience is an easy, honest, and fair one. One thing most of us can agree on is buying a car isn't always fun or easy. And that is what I make sure you get. I love most Cleveland sports teams and take a high interest in them. I stay active in the gym still as well as on the basketball court. Going out to local restaurants and trying new foods or having a good meal and experience somewhere is also something I enjoy. That is why I try and replicate that time and experience with every customer I speak with. Josh Gulachek was great to work with in purchasing my Kia Optima. He was very understanding in my needs and explained the options of the cars I test drove. He did not pressure me in making a purchase that Optima. He was very understanding in my needs and explained the options of the cars I test drove.
