Really happy with this purchase I’m a fan of Allan Nott! Lima is a 2+ hour drive from me; it’s not necessarily a convenient drive, but I am so glad I made the trek because the staff I’m a fan of Allan Nott! Lima is a 2+ hour drive from me; it’s not necessarily a convenient drive, but I am so glad I made the trek because the staff we worked with made my buying process worth it. My sales person, Marcia, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle I was interested in. When I inquired about a test drive and scheduled a time to come in she already had it pulled up, washed, and ready to go! We were able to thoroughly go through all the features and try out the driving experience on some city and rural roads. Marcia was smart, fun and easy to work with! When I decided to move forward with my purchase she was great helping keep the process moving forward smoothly. We worked with Matt in finance to finalize my transaction and he is a complete hoot! Also extremely sharp, Matt did a great job explaining the warranty options in detail and also financing strategy. Really happy we had these two incredible folks to work with and I would definitely recommend Allan Nott to any of my family or friends! More

I wish all businesses treated people the way Allan Nott does I knew the kind of car I was looking for... I was looking since March. When it came time to pull the trigger and buy, they didn't have 'the' car I wa I knew the kind of car I was looking for... I was looking since March. When it came time to pull the trigger and buy, they didn't have 'the' car I wanted in stock... No problem, Dylan Legge got me in the car I wanted within 24 hours. He was great. He wasn't pushy and answered every question I had. When it came time to pick the car up, he was unavailable but Jon Cox was happy to show me the car and answer my questions. Steve Cox was was also very pleasant. I don't know what to say about Matt Ricker. I've known him for years and he is excellent to deal with. He's a great guy and Allan Nott is lucky to have him. Jerry Lewis should be embarrassed driving him there. Hayden Best has to be some sort of genius for remembering what every lever, switch, button does and how to navigate the menu tree of every car on the lot. I can't remember how to change the ringtone on my iPhone. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in a quality Japanese car (Toyota, Honda). They are knowledgeable, friendly, and sincerely care about your satisfaction. More

He listened to what our needs were and then looked for the best options to present to us. He was excellent and explaining everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions.
