Came in for a recall for a 5 min job, always told it will take all day. So I opted to get an oil change done and they trick me over the portal to sign up for a $600 valvoline service package that is entirely take all day. They disguised it as the recommended 30k mile service as if that’s the factory recommended service. I called in the insisted it was recommended. tried to cancel this when I realize they did this and they wouldn’t. They barely discounted it after the fact, and 8 hours later at the end of the day, they didn’t even do the recall work!!! I moaned and they finally got someone to knock it out in 5 min… (then why tf did they force me to leave the car there all day.) rick hendrick's business practices are unbelievable and treats customers like we’re idiots. We bought a premium jeep and get treated like we’re dumb scrubs to be tricked. Don’t come here, dishonest service, upsell, practices bestowed upon them by Rick Hendrick. If I can I would have gave them a 0 for a rate don’t ever come here they give the wrong information. My mom came here Monday March 11,2024 and talk to rod in the parts Department and my gave my key to my dodge caravan 2013 and rod look at it and told my mom that we need to order a whole new key for the car we did that Monday 3/11/2024 and paid $251 so the key gets here Tuesday and he told my mom Maureen Wells that if the key don’t work then we need to get a diagnostic on the car here and then the key gets here on Tuesday March 19, 2024 because I called up here on Wednesday March 20,2024 and told me that my key was there and nobody call me ahead of time and told me that my new key was here and I ask them how much it would cost for my car and I gave the description and the year to the services department and they told me they can fixed on and gave me a price and told me if I get it towed here between business hours they work on it for me I said okay me and my gets here on Thursday March 21,2024 now telling us that they can’t do what they promised us and they not trying to fixed both problems and they have bad customer service because we inconvenience us and got it towed here and they not trying to help us but just one problem but it’s two problems not just one. The worst service I have had thus far in my 44 years of life. More

Do not get your car serviced here! Took mine in for several items, one of which could only he done by a dealer. Another was the a/c. Paid for them to replace the evaporator core and th Took mine in for several items, one of which could only he done by a dealer. Another was the a/c. Paid for them to replace the evaporator core and the compressor. $2600. Got my car back, found they had gone though all the paper in the glove box, emptied the console, played with seat adjustments, played with overhead light. Also found the a/c not working. Brought it back under warranty. They did absolutely nothing except trash the stereo mounted in the trunk and left it a mess. If they had put gauges on it they would have found right away that there was no freon in it. I tried for a couple of months to make them honor their warranty to mo avail. Neither the service manager nor the general manager would answer my calls.i finally went elsewhere and paid someone else to do the job that Rick Hendrick should have done. Will never go back. FYI found out later that Hayes has a great service dept. More
