This is our 4th vehicle purchased or leased through Bozard Ford by our family. First three were great, sales and service is always top-notch. This F150 has been a challenge for all parties involv Bozard Ford by our family. First three were great, sales and service is always top-notch. This F150 has been a challenge for all parties involved. We had it for 10 days when the SYNC system went on the fritz. After many days and weeks of the Bozard team and Ford Engineering trying to figure out the issue, all issues were resolved and we are back on the road. Of note are Matthew Norris and Travis C. Travis kept me in the loop(for better or worse) on a daily basis. Matthew Norris reached out once we had reached the end of our patience on this matter and offered to resolve it any way possible. After all is said and done, I must say that the technician and foreman that worked on the truck did a good job(I am very picky on factory fit and finish after repairs) and Matt made things right not only by his communication but also by keeping his promises. Long story short: Bozard did right by us when a brand new truck wasn’t up to Ford’s normally high quality. More

I have a 2021 F3 50 Limited with a 6 inch pro comp lift kit that the dealership installed before I purchased the truck, since the day I purchased the truck December almost 2 years ago I have been taking my kit that the dealership installed before I purchased the truck, since the day I purchased the truck December almost 2 years ago I have been taking my truck back to Bozard Ford on rattling noises, they’ve changed a lot of things, hoping that it would fix the rattling. It never did, one of my employees went under my truck, and noticed that my bushings were missing in one of my shocks. I notified Bozard Ford after a week of waiting for them to call me back, they told me they had to order the bushings. Meanwhile, my shot broke left me on the side of the road And please understand this is $124,000 truck under warranty with extended warranty, I had to purchase four new shocks and have them installed on my truck, I must say my truck actually drives like a new truck now this is how it should’ve drove from the day I purchased it, Bozard Ford service department is terrible, I don’t know where dealer raiders.com. Gives them such a good rating because it’s a lie. More

He is fraudulent, has attempted to commit fraud against Ford and if he will do that, what will he do to your customers? His ethics toward customers, employees are pitiful, he does not care about either. He should not be allowed to wash cars, much less run the service department. Consumers beware, if he will screw ford, he will screw you. asset is a positive manager and role model liability is Matt Norris- Ford is aware of this character and is being watched His actions for fraud did not happen at Bozard Ford, however they have been made of this character More
