Of course, driving a Toyota is the best decision you can make, but this dealership is different from any other I have ever been in. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Their service people are excellent and accomodating. They are honest and supportive when it comes to making decisions about your vehicle. We have been going to Falmouth Toyota for many years. There is another dealership that is much closer to our home, but we have chosen to drive all the way to Falmouth because of the experience we have each time we are there. Taylor in the service department and Tony Martino are really nice human beings who care about their customers. They help in whatever way they can. We recently had the pleasure of working with Ken Collings who sold us our Sequoia. Ken is a fantastic salesman who listens to his customers and supports them in whatever way he can. He has a great sense of humor, loves what he does, and genuinely cares about your experience at the dealership. He was very accomodating to our needs and took the time to explain the different features on our vehicle. The neat thing is that he said to call him whenever we have a question and/or concern. I have had to call him a couple of times when I had questions about the car or insurance, and he was not only helpful, but he wanted me to know if anything comes up in the future, he is there. Even the financial person we worked with to get our car loan was a pleasure and he was genuinely excited for us. In my opinion, it really doesn't get any better than Falmouth Toyota. Matt Murphy genuinely is passionate about his work and is incredibly friendly and accomodating. He also strives to give the customers the best deal he can and for them to have a positive experience. As far as I am concerned, Falmouth Toyota is in a league all its own. More
