Trey Cary Rocks I don't think it's possible to express how pleased I am with Trey's assistance while I went through the purchase process of my car. Relaxed & Professional! The minute I met Stacy Cogar, I liked her! She was able to answer all my questions about the 2014 Chevy Equinox I was interested in, and provided me The minute I met Stacy Cogar, I liked her! She was able to answer all my questions about the 2014 Chevy Equinox I was interested in, and provided me with a copy of the "CarFax". There were no "Hard Sell" tactics. She was very "down to earth" and made me feel very relaxed, and confident that the information she was giving about the car was true. Mr. Bill Joyce offered us a very reasonable trade-in price on my old car, and complimented me on how well I had cared for the car since I bought it from Joyce many years ago. When I picked up the car, Stacy helped set up the OnStar and showed me how to use all the car's instruments and the Sirius radio. She told me about the wheel locking lug nuts on the tires, and showed me the unlocking tool in the glove box, along with the factory booklet about the car and it's features. It is apparent she is a very conscientious sales person! When it came to the nitty gritty of the financial paperwork, Matt Molton was thorough in explaining everything, including optional additional warranties and services available. I was also pleased to learn that my former favorite mechanic, Karl Them, is now the Service Manager. This is why I am a repeat customer at Joyce. More

Outstanding shopping experience We were treated like royalty at this dealership. Everything was explained thoroughly and questions were answered expertly. They worked very hard to We were treated like royalty at this dealership. Everything was explained thoroughly and questions were answered expertly. They worked very hard to put us in the vehicle WE wanted, not the one they were trying to clear off the lot. We were shown everything about our vehicles of interest and we test drove them. On pick up day, we spent over an hour in our vehicle before we left the lot! We were shown every feature, what every knob and button in the vehicle controlled, our phones were synced to the system, the radio features and settings for channels were explained, and we had a full gas tank. In addition, our salesman set up the Onstar feature so we could call and get our free trial plan in force, called our insurance company to change the plan to the new vehicle, and took care of the license registration for us. Both our salesman (Trey Carey) and the financial officer (Matt Molton) were extremely friendly and efficient. The dealership doesn't play games, they give you the bottom line deal with any discounts allowed right from the start. We really appreciated the upfront honesty and financial aspect of buying this car. More
