My expieriance at Joyce Buick was a very good one. From the first time in the door everyone was very friendly. Matt and I discussed what I was looking for, then he started to pull up different trucks on th the first time in the door everyone was very friendly. Matt and I discussed what I was looking for, then he started to pull up different trucks on the computer that were available. Different model trucks had different incentive offers. He ran all the numbers to figure the best pricing. He explained all the new options and gadgets on the new trucks as we sat and drove one. I had some options / items installed by the dealership and eveything was first class. Lisa went thru the loan process and explained the extended warrenties available. She worked with me on tailoring a warrenty and did NOT try to push anything that was not wanted. Both of these people represented Joyce Buick in a very knowledgable and profesional manner. More

No other car dealership has ever done that for us. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and comforted when making such a big purchase. We didn't feel trapped by gimmicks of stealing car keys and credit cards to keep us from leaving if we weren't interested in purchasing a car. We didn't have to keep talking them down with the price. Matt was very efficient in his explanation of the use of the various aspects of his new car. He got us signed up with on-star, got both of our cell phones programed into the car, and explained the keyless the various aspects of his new car. He made sure that we understood what he was explaining to us, and was not upset with us that some of the information had to be repeated, sometimes more than once. He even offered to come to our house in the future to program the garage door openers for us. We are an older couple, and have been buying cars from Joyce Buick for years, and Matt has impressed us with his knowledge not only of the vehicle itself, but all the "fancy" innovations that the car has. He made sure that we know that we can return to the dealership whenever we need to review instructions, or operations of the car. Very friendly, we like him a lot! More
