I hate even giving this place 1 star. Absolute SNAKES and SCAMMERS. Purchased a new Jeep after trading in our Mercedes. 2 months later they inform us THEY made an error with the payoff am Absolute SNAKES and SCAMMERS. Purchased a new Jeep after trading in our Mercedes. 2 months later they inform us THEY made an error with the payoff amount and that we would need to come up with another $7,000 or they would stick us with 2 car payments. The way JOHN RIZZOTTO spoke to my wife was disgusting and reprehensible. Now they want us to return the car and take our old one back. Seems fishy to me! Do not trust anything they tell you! More
