This is our third and fourth car that we have purchased from Fred Martin. Our experience with this store has always been a wonderful experience. The salespersons, namely, Lisa Allison & Matt Miller, had ou from Fred Martin. Our experience with this store has always been a wonderful experience. The salespersons, namely, Lisa Allison & Matt Miller, had our best interest in mind. They ensured exactly what we were looking for, by asking the right questions, and using their expertise, they helped us pick something that was what we liked and what we could afford. They assisted us with setting up U Connect, Sirius XM, phone blue tooth setup, and put on our personal license plates on the front of our cars. They even stayed additional hours after the store closed, to ensure the process was complete. There were two sales managers that assisted them, namely John Rizzotto and Jerome Perry, that reviewed our offer, and gave us great trade in values on our vehicles, and made it possible to finance. The finance department, namely, Kim Young, was very helpful in explaining the lease program, and suggested additional coverage to give us piece of mind. We always walk away with a smile, excitement in our step, and a warm feeling about the experience. Thanks to a great store and personable attention. God bless! More
