Everyone was so kind from the front desk receptionist to the salesmen and the finance dept. With my freshly started credit the bank was a bit slow regarding my new car but everyone at Metter ford made it al the salesmen and the finance dept. The Metter Ford staff (every member that I have met) are excellent. They are courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and very accommodating. I was very disappointed with my visit. I arrived at 7:40 am for an 8am appointment. My vehicle was the only one in line to be serviced. I left at 10:10. Approximately 6 customers came and I arrived at 7:40 am for an 8am appointment. My vehicle was the only one in line to be serviced. I left at 10:10. Approximately 6 customers came and left during this time. Also, after I returned home, I found that the oil change required notice came on. It continues to come on EVERYTIME that I crank it. Purchased a car for my daughter and had problems not even 10 minutes after leaving.
