Don’t believe I met with a Marc Boomsma, my salesman was Sid, arrived around 10:30 3-3-25, long busy day, when I left it was close to 5pm most of everything as far as trade in and sales contract was done pr Sid, arrived around 10:30 3-3-25, long busy day, when I left it was close to 5pm most of everything as far as trade in and sales contract was done prior to this and when I showed up at 20:30 on 3-3-25 my veg was prepped with ceramic coat inside and out, I wasn’t 100% sold on it so I asked to please contact me before, when I arrived I wasn’t informed it was already applied , I was given a discount because of the confusion, I just hope it works as promised, from what I hear you have to hand wash these ceramic coated cars and I’m way past hand washing any vehicle so I’m concerned I was about to abort half way through the at home finance process because print was to small on my I-pad and I wasn’t comfortable signing something I couldn’t read, Sid came up with an idea that worked so I was able to complete the process, thanks to Sid he got the job done, one last thing when I tried to use my radar detector from my trade in the detector didn’t work, when I got home I tried it in my wife’s car and it worked so I need to have someone look into this when I get the time, other than that I very much enjoy the vehicle so far, once again thanks to Sid for walking me through the financial info part. Stopped in with my wife to test drive a car. Gus our salesman was phenomenal. What a knowledgeable guy who didn’t pressure us at all. Originally the BMW was out of our price range. Alvin the sales manager did some magic and we drove the car off the lot a few hours later. I have to say that this was the easiest car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I’m probably going to go back to Ziegler in a few months when I’m ready for a new car for myself. Couldn’t recommend them enough!! More

My BMW X1 suffered a service affecting problem recently caused by the car’s 12 volt battery. Had to take it to my dealer Ziegler to get it repaired. Ziegler Service got the BMW running even better than bef caused by the car’s 12 volt battery. Had to take it to my dealer Ziegler to get it repaired. Ziegler Service got the BMW running even better than before. It was a relief to get it fixed promptly and properly. Tony was very helpful as well as everyone at Ziegler who had a hand in the repair. Got a great free loaner car too while the X1 was being repaired. I highly recommend Ziegler for a visit to check out their BMW fine automotive offerings. Also recently worked with Service Advisor Cory on a brake recall issue. All work was completed satisfactorily. Ziegler does a very professional job with any service issues. I highly recommend this dealership and BMW’s. More
