I have purchased 45-50 vehicles so far in my life time. I was at a competitor of your and was treated with totally disrespect. When I went to Sears (out of my area to purchase a vehicle). Out of all the vehicles I have purchased, this is the GREATEST experience I have ever had. I credit our salesman Mr. Nicholas McGovern with all the praise I could possibly give to him! Friendly, honesty, and integrity! Mr. McGovern is a real find for this dealership! In this day and age things at dealerships are changing. And I do realize this. Mr. McGovern reminded me of how I used to be treated at a dealership. In my first visit to Sears Imports, walking out the door I thought this is a person I want to deal with and purchase a vehicle! I have purchased 10 cars in the past 10 years. I have never had such a disrespectful interaction on a potential trade. The manager tried to tell me that he would not pay above the bottom of the Ke I have never had such a disrespectful interaction on a potential trade. The manager tried to tell me that he would not pay above the bottom of the Kelley blue book, ‘good’ rating on a car that is less than three years old, has less than 50,000 miles on it, and legitimately is in ‘very good’ condition. He tried to tell me that my car needed new tires. Those tires were replaced 4 months ago. And, I am a return customer. I will not return ever again. More
