The Quality of service was poor , Matt Lowery did not affectively communicate with my husband or I .Matt and Adam rushed me to pay so that they could meet their Quarter, after telling me they would hold affectively communicate with my husband or I .Matt and Adam rushed me to pay so that they could meet their Quarter, after telling me they would hold they car for me. We waited a month for our car to be ready , when Matt told me it would be ready in a week!!! I had to keep calling to get in an update which at that point I was getting the run around , my husband ended up calling and they had the car for so long that they ended up paying my first months car payment. After receiving the car , the car still had the previous owner dog hair in it , there are black lines going through the seats , my passengers car handle is broken so you could not open the car door from the outside , a button on the stairwell is broke! Matt told me the parts would be in within two weeks and at that point he would call me to bring in the car to fix ALL the problems. He called me on the last day of the two weeks and told me service was booked and he doesn’t know when they can get me in ! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! What I was trying to understand was why would I need to wait if you gave me a car that was not done in the first place just to shut me up because you messed up the whole deal ! At this point I expressed my angry because it’s going on a month and a half and I’m still dealing with his mess ! He then went on to tell me that they already paid the first months car payment as if that was on me and they was doing me a favor !!! He tried to argue with me through text messages ! I ended up speaking with the general manager which wasn’t much of a help. I will never spend my money here again to be treated so poorly. More

Matt Lowery was our sale person and he was amazing. Perfect balance of knowledge, honesty, proactive with searching WITHIN our budget and parameters, and yet let us breath and didn't pressure us. Found us the van we are most happy with, and was upfront with the challenges the market was going to present in finding it. Highly recommend my guy - who I never met til the day we drove up and were looking for a vehicle - if you want a comfortable vehicle buying experience. More
