Kudos to the entire staff at Lexus of Cleveland from the General Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Service Manager as they all are focused on the customer to ensure a positive experience in purchasing a Lexus. They want to take care of the customer which is a pinnacle in a Ken Ganley Dealership and the reason for success!! We went in looking for a two year old low mileage Lexus RX 350 (off a lease) and purchased a 2023 GX 460 off a lease from the Service Manager. Matt took care of us from the minute we arrived along with several test drives. Our Lexus was not on the lot and we had to wait for the right one to come in with the options we were looking for. We were patient and Matt was very diligent in communicating with us and getting the right Lexus we wanted!!
