They will constantly try to renegotiate with tacked on fees like $1,000 extra if you do not finance and $1500 for de Do not buy from this dealership. I had negotiated a fair price only to have the Sales Manager David, renege on the deal. When I confronted David with the situation he basically called me a liar when I relayed the conversation I had with his sales rep, denying his rep confirmed the deal. To add insult to injury, he said said since I am an attorney, he was not surprised I would lie. All of this took place over the phone as it was an out of state purchase. I would write what his rep said but I don't want to get him fired. More

I want to share my recent experience with this dealership to help others avoid a similar situation. While the sales staff were polite and helpful, the management approach left much to be desired. I put down a deposit on a used BMW M3 while I was sorting out financing, after being informed by the sales representative that there was interest in the car. However, I received a call from the manager the next day saying that the car had been sold to someone else. Apparently, my deposit only secured the price and not the car itself, and since this was only communicated verbally, it was quite frustrating. The finance guy came off as overconfident, and the general manager was unhelpful as well. I did get my deposit back, but it’s disappointing, especially as a repeat customer. There are plenty of other options out there, and I suggest looking elsewhere to save time and avoid this kind of hassle. I won’t be returning to this dealership again. More
