JP Daigle is a snake as he was part of a vehicle switch that sold us on a Cross Sport SE w/ Tech and sold us a Base Modle Cross Sport. Sales manager Lero is worthless as he didn't try and fix anything, he that sold us on a Cross Sport SE w/ Tech and sold us a Base Modle Cross Sport. Sales manager Lero is worthless as he didn't try and fix anything, he just tried to add on to the scam and have us trade it back in, double our down payment, and raise payment another $200/mo. Welch the GM never bothers to respond. Horrible dealership. We traded it in at AutoNation Ford South Forth Worth and got a new Edge Titanium for 0% and paying the same payments. That's how you take care of people. More

I wanted to stop leasing with vw altogether and buy a jeep. My sales person Tsion looked up my info and told me that was possible. She said i had only Two payments left which i thought i had a few more than that but maybe i had miscounted. She had my info. She got me into a jeep and advised me to turn in my tiguan the following month on last payment. I get a letter in mail this wekend stating I actually have three payments left and now I have the jeep payment as well. Called to find out why i was told wrong info and no one is accepting responsibility. Csion said she has nothing to do with that. Manager is covering for her. They have put me in a horrible position. More

Drove off the lot with a chipped windshield. Carlos sold me a used 2015 VW GOLF TSI. The test drive went well, the service was adequate. However, after they washed the vehicle and filled it with Carlos sold me a used 2015 VW GOLF TSI. The test drive went well, the service was adequate. However, after they washed the vehicle and filled it with gas, there was a chip in the windshield on the driver-side. Matt Lero is now working on fixing this issue. More

They didn't have the color with the options I wanted so Kendy found one for me at another dealer. He gave me a loaner for a few days while they got the transfer situated and then I picked up my car. Very hassle free. More

He was willing able to accomodate my every want, spent all the time with me that I needed, and when I made my purchase followed through to this day. He made sure that I understood everything about my purchase. I've heard from him (either call, mail or email) several times since the purchase to make sure that I was completely happy. Working with Matt Lero was a equally rewarding experience. Again.... NO pressure. He made every move possible to get me a terrific deal. It is so refreshing to work with this kind of people. I'll never buy a car anywhere else. More

As I live out of town, I called Hiley based on a previous experience my daughter had with them. I was very, very impresed with the rapid response and efficient service I was provided by phone. I was able to view online the cars they had available, and they gave me quote over the phone. They were so much more responsive and helpful than any other dealership that I spoke with or visited. I am very grateful to them for their help and would encourage anyone else to work with Hiley. More

This was my first experience with purchasing a VW product. Previously, I had bought almost exclusively Honda products. This time, however, I wanted a smaller, more fuel-efficient car. Not liking the product. Previously, I had bought almost exclusively Honda products. This time, however, I wanted a smaller, more fuel-efficient car. Not liking the current design of the Civic, I concentrated on the Ford Fusion and VW Jetta. After driving both vehicles, I found the Jetta to be a much better car. Despite having less equipment, it just drove better, felt more solid, and had a more upscale, European fit, feel and finish to it. Having the 36-month free maintenance plan on it was just icing on the cake for me. It made the decision on which car to concentrate on very easy. To say that my purchasing experience was quick, easy, and painless is an understatement at best. I was on a tight time schedule; and they were able to expedite every aspect of the purchasing process in a very timely fashion. Both my Salesperson; Ernesto (the Sales Manager); and the Business Manager were top-notch, considerate of my time, and extremely professional. I was also extremely happy with the trade-in allowance I got on my car, and the negotiated lease payment on my Jetta SE. After taking the delivery of my Jetta, I had a concern with the driver's side window and door panel. However, these concerns were handled promptly, professionally, and in a friendly manner by Matt Lero. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was addressed, corrected, and delivered to my satisfaction. The level of service I've received after the sale has far exceeded my expectations. Every one I've met in the Service Department has also been very friendly and professional. Needless to say, I would definitely recommend both this VW product and Hiley Volkswagen. This is my second experience with the Hiley Group of Dealers (I had previously leased a Mazda) and I will definitely be a repeat customer the next time I consider a VW or a Mazda product. I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

Ken and Matt were both great to work with. They were honest and upfront about the whole process. I would recommend working with these two directly over any of the other sales staff we worked with. We did our homework on what we were wanting to buy and talked with two other dealerships, and Hiley was able to take care of us and earn our business. The service department staff, notably Shane, has also been a great experience for us. More
