I won’t be taking my vehicles to this dealership anymore. I’ve had multiple experiences of careless service and poor maintenance that have completely eroded my trust in them. Despite giving them multiple cha I’ve had multiple experiences of careless service and poor maintenance that have completely eroded my trust in them. Despite giving them multiple chances, I’ve come to realize I can’t rely on them for quality work. For example, I brought my Jetta in for a simple oil change, only to be told later that the oil pan needed replacement due to a stripped bolt. This was confusing, as they’ve been the only ones servicing my car every 5,000 miles since I bought it. They claimed the damage was from “wear and tear” but refused to accept responsibility for their technician’s error. Instead, I was expected to pay for a new pan and bolt because of their incompetence. They also cracked a bolt on the air filter housing by overtightening it, and was also told that it needs replacing as well on my expense, even though the only people touching it are their staff at the regular service intervals. Most recently, I took my other VW in for a brake flush. When I got home, I noticed a film of residue on the car’s roof and side door panel. On closer inspection, I found corrosive brake fluid on the bumper and engine bay, which I had to wash off quickly to avoid damage. When I spoke with the service manager about this, he denied responsibility, suggesting it was either something I did or an environmental factor, which made no sense given the situation. In short, I no longer believe this dealership values its customers or makes any real effort to provide reliable service. After multiple attempts to give them a fair chance, I can confidently say I won’t be returning. More

Gregory is a really nice guy, but this service center did not solve my car's problem. They performed a road force balance and also the 4-wheel alignment but my car still vibrating a lot at high speed and the not solve my car's problem. So I took the car to the Costco tire center and asked them to examine the tires, they checked it and promised that the tire was perfectly fine, and after the FREE tire balance, the car ran smoothly without any vibration at any speed. Besides that, I reported to them that my car had clunking sounds coming from the front right side of the car, which sounded like metal hitting metal when turning at low speed. But they said they checked everywhere and didn't find anything wrong. It used to only happen several times a day, but now it happened very frequently almost every time I turned. We could have a chance to prevent this from becoming a big issue, but I assume they just do not want to do the job properly. More
