Oil change took 1 hour 45 minutes from the time of my appointment until I decided to approach the service desk. By that point, my car was sitting in the lot and the attendant told me he "was just coming appointment until I decided to approach the service desk. By that point, my car was sitting in the lot and the attendant told me he "was just coming to get me". After another 10 minutes of waiting for him to key the work into the computer, he provided the invoice, took payment, and I was finally out the door -- almost 2 hours! Otherwise, staff was friendly, suggested additional services, and the facilities were clean and inviting. If I don't have a coupon, I will probably go elsewhere for quicker service. More

Alderman took care of a service issue I had from when I purchased the vehicle from them. They were fair in assisting with the cost of the repair & doing so in a timely manner once parts arrived. There was purchased the vehicle from them. They were fair in assisting with the cost of the repair & doing so in a timely manner once parts arrived. There was a part that they damaged while replacing the original piece that needed fixed, & they covered the replacement of that for free so they definitely stand behind their work & treat their customers right. I was told by that my car was ready. Then when I was got the 45 mins later. I was told it wasn’t ready took another 20 mins. The. You guys literally pushed my seat completely back. Then he replaced my steering wheel to where I had to readjust it. If the car wasn’t ready then u should have said that. Also learn to put stuff back where u found it especially when it’s not urs. Made an appointment in advance for an oil change and brake inspection, they had my car for 9 hours and as soon as I drove off the lot a “brake pad” light came on and it cost me $300. The manager said he would reach out and make it up to me, I am yet to hear anything over a week later. More
