I'm tired of getting emails, texts, emails from Carfax, alerts in my truck all saying that I need an oil change, and then I make an appointment, drive in so the service writer can tell me that according to alerts in my truck all saying that I need an oil change, and then I make an appointment, drive in so the service writer can tell me that according to Toyota's recommendation, I don't really need an oil change. I’ve had my 4Runner serviced exclusively by Del Toyota. I expect the Toyota service technicians to know my vehicle. I rely on them to be the experts. This failure resulted in significant collateral damage to my front driver side suspension.
