I genuinely believed I'd have to settle for something less than ideal as prices are sti amazing in assisting me with my 2024 Tundra Limited purchase. I genuinely believed I'd have to settle for something less than ideal as prices are still a bit steep for trucks in Texas. I was overjoyed at the work Spike and Duane put into working a reasonable price, and more features than I thought I could afford. The process has never been fast for me when it comes to buying/leasing vehicles, but this was the fastest yet (about 2 hours total). I have purchased from Pat Lobb in the past, and I have to admit they have been consistent with exceptional customer service, and transparency with cost related to service. I'm married, and have a kiddo that will be needing vehicles and I can say without hesitation we WILL be coming back to Pat Lobb and hoping to work with Duane and Spike again. Let me not forget Matt Jirani in finance who helped finish the deal and got my GAP adjusted to satisfy my wife's concerns. More
