I had the priviledge of working with James Rasmussen. He did a wonderful job and was new to not only the dealership but to the industry. About seven days later I ran into a problem and called him and he and the sales manager took great care of me. When I took the vehicle back in for service James sat and kept me company for over an hour after he was off. He wanted me to genuinely be happy and satisfied with him and the dealership.
