This is sincerely the worst dealership I have ever been to. I'm tired of them telling me they're trying to get a hold of me when it's in fact I'm the one trying to get a hold of them. I mean when my thir to. I'm tired of them telling me they're trying to get a hold of me when it's in fact I'm the one trying to get a hold of them. I mean when my third party warranty tells me they can't get a hold of a dealer to pay them, there's an issue. No point to talk to Jim or James or whatever his name is. He's just as useless as the two service managers. One month almost to get my speedometer changed out. Couldn't even wash my car, but there's a few more door dings on the passenger side from incompetent valet drivers or technicians? Whichever the carelessness holds no bounds. And of course I have nothing to prove that but I know. Read the other reviews about the damage to people's cars. Called for a shuttle at 9: 30 told it's going to be 30 to 40 minutes. Text my wife after an hour and a half she had to leave work to come get me. Then I get to the front window and I'm told it's $700. Wasn't I waiting for the warranty process? If you have to go to a Honda dealership, do yourself a favor and go to another one. I will never go back to this dealership. More

Horrible service. Scheduled an appointment for OIL CHANGE. Because engine light was on they put in the service for inspection and not an oil change. Did not catch it Scheduled an appointment for OIL CHANGE. Because engine light was on they put in the service for inspection and not an oil change. Did not catch it when signing in. When vehicle was done they still did not do oil change so had to wait even longer, my spouse took it in so when charged $180 didn't realize that was not the normal oil change cost. Then when they did oil change charged another $60! Best they could do was give 10 off... the inspection they didn't even know why the engine light was on just gave a guess. The principle was we did not ask for that service at all, we wanted an oil change. We got the vehicle in late with 0% oil life so already figured the light was on because we needed the oil change. We have been loyal customers for over 11 years so this is very disappointing they scammed us this visit and refusing to make it right! We did not want the inspection at all!! They definitely lost our business we will not be returning. More

This is the worst experience I have ever had at A car dealership a lot of lies and deception I had gotten approved for a car loan alone and with a co signer. I had to get the co signer info asked the sal dealership a lot of lies and deception I had gotten approved for a car loan alone and with a co signer. I had to get the co signer info asked the sales person what I need and how do we submit the info and made sure that the deal was still going to be the same if I came in the next day with everything done (my co signer lives 8 hours away everything was approved online) and approved he said yes as long as the car wasn't sold. I was contacted by 2 other people telling me 2 different things so now 3 different people have mine and my co signer info and none of them are on the same page I know it should have been a red flag went in with an approval and now there policy changed from the day before and all the stuff the sales person told me was a lie asked to talk to a manager and of course no one in management position was available I asked for a corporate number or a customer complaint number and no one out on the floor had no clue where to get that number this was a 2 day ordeal and a waist of time I ended up going to another Honda Dealer and bought a car More
